One of my personal favourite Passenger songs! At its most basic it uses very simple chords with a
fairly straightforward picking pattern. However there are a lot of tricky licks/embellishments that
make it (seem) much more complex.
Since these licks can be added at any chord point there are several different ways the song is
played by Passenger depending on how it is improvised.
This version is tabbed by ear from the acoustic live performance:
So do not take this tab as a completely fixed way of playing the song! I'd recommend playing around with
the hammer-ons, pull-offs, sliding notes etc to figure out what you enjoy/is easier to play for you.
Timing for each bar is added underneath each tab line. Notes that fall on the main beats (1,2,3,4)
should be played with the thumb in an alternating thumb picking style
