For the A chords, I find that it sounds nice to hammer on to the B string (Asus2 to A) or, in the places
where I have indicated A**, to hammer on and pull of a couple times from A to A6 (x0422x).
The way he plays this in the original unreleased video, he seems to be avoiding the high E string
