Either the recording or the guitar is tuned down about 1 semitone and 25 cents to my ear but in standard it is as follows. (recommend playing most of the chords in that barred maj7/min7 chord shape [besides Amaj7 and E] and then all you're doing is just ascending and descending the fretboard in that general shape and adding the little flourishes on top of the chord)
