My version plays along nicely with this YouTube.
I recommend playing the Intro with all downward strokes, it makes it easier
to maintain the timing required, emphasise each chord change shown, but you
can also lightly strum on the offbeats to maintain the rhythm.
This pattern is carried throughout the song, but I find it throws me off
when trying to time the vocals correctly, so the chord measures shown in
the verses work pretty well. If you want absolute accuracy, you should use
the Intro rhythm for the whole song (or find a backing band to do it ;) )
