Not really sure if there's any musical term for this but watch his version on his IG. It's muted but he
sort of tremelo plucks it whilst sliding down the fretboard.

The first 4 notes are played on the first time round but only the riff from 2/A on the G string till the end
are looped
Having finished looping this (very gro0vy) bass line, Tom then plays the [Lead] again and then at a higher
octave before soloing. This rendition is in Dmajor (seems like he transposed "What's the Use?") so solo in
D or it's relative minor, Bm.
