I'd play that G/E as just an Em7 (020033). Also that D/B is basically a Bm, as seen in the chorus, but I play it as a Bm6 (x20032). Hit the bass note twice and then hit the chord (1 + 2 3 + 4) to get the effect of that motion in the prechorus. VERSE
