This is an unreleased (as far as I know) Mountain Goats song. For a video, check out The chorus contains some Gaelic. "Bainne na mbó is na gamhna" translates to "the milk of the cow is good for the calf". Pronunciation is something like "BAN-yeh nuh moh iss nuhng OW-nuh".
