Also, the B7/F# is sort of arpeggiated; hammer onto fret 9 of the D string for a quick transition to Bm/F#. "G* / A*" means slide from G* to A*. I really hope none of you were expecting a detailed tab for the outro, which is longer than the other parts combined. I'm not entirely sure how to tab guitar in reverse, and the chords are the same for about 3 minutes..
