The verses of the song and the main riff mostly take place on the b and g string
e|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| B|---10-10-10-10h13-10-8-6----------10-10-10-10h13-10-8-6----------10-10-10-10h13-13-8-6--------| G|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| D|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| A|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| E|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| e|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| B|---8-8-8-8h10-8-6-6/8----------6-6-6-3---3-6--------------------------------------------------| G|---------------------------------------5------------------------------------------------------| D|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| A|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| E|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
That repeats throughout the verses except before the chorus on the second part it will be:
e|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| B|---10-10-10-10h13-10-8-6----------10-10-10-10h13-10-8-6----------10-10-10-10h13-13-8-6--------| G|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| D|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| A|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| E|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| e|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| B|---8-8-8-8h10-8-6-6/8-6-3---3-6-6-3---3-6-----------------------------------------------------| G|--------------------------5---------5---------------------------------------------------------| D|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| A|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| E|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
Then the chorus I play (Only strum down until you reach the G string) an F, then G, A, and A#,
then go down to the A, then the F
F G A A# A F e|------------------6---6-----5---5-----1---1---1-----------------------------------------------| B|------------------6----6----5----5----1----1--1-----------------------------------------------| G|2-----4-----6-----7--7--7---6--6--6---2--2--2-2-----------------------------------------------| D|3-----5-----7-----8---------7---------3-------3-----------------------------------------------| A|3-----5-----7-----8---------7---------3-------3-----------------------------------------------| E|1-----3-----5-----6---------5---------1-------1-----------------------------------------------|
Repeat that for every "Ahhh" in the chorus, you can tell as you play and hum it at the same time
Then off to the bridge/solo of the song, this part is not easy for beginners but if you try hard enough
and take it slowly, you definitely got it, it's all mainly in the F chord but I don't recommend barring
I instead recommend just using your fingers where the tab leads you.
(solo)
e|-1-----------1---4-4--------------1-----------------------------1-----------------------------| B|--1---------1-------4-3-1-0--------1---------------1--1-1-1--1-1------------------------------| G|---2-------2------------------------2-------2-1---------------2-------------------------------| D|----3-3-2-3--------------------------3-3-2-3---3----------------------------------------------| A|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| E|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
Then just jam with the F chord on muting the low E and A string with the strumming pattern of:
D(PM)UU(PM)U DU(PM)UU(PM)U
That repeats throughout the entire bridge, I won't type the lyrics because they're not really easy to
understand but just listen to the song.
The verses repeat again
(piano solo)
A# A# F F e|--------6-----------------6-----------------1----------------1------------------------------------| B|-------6-6---------------6-6---------------1-1--------------1-1-----------------------------------| G|------7---7-------------7---7-------------2---2------------2---2----------------------------------| D|-----8-----8----8------8-----8----8------3-----3----3-----3-----3----3----------------------------| A|----8-------8---8-----8-------8---8-----3-------3---3----3-------3---3----------------------------| E|---6-----------------6-----------------1----------------1-----------------------------------------|
Do that twice then play the chorus again two more times alongside of the "Aaahs"
There ya go, have fun
