Chords
Tone:
Josh (the singer/guitar) rocks a telecaster. I've found the most similar tone on the neck pickup of my
telecaster with some drive and a touch of chorus. If you put the chorus depth and rate at noon and the
mix/level 1/3rd of the way you'll get a similar tone to the record
Jonas (lead guitar) rocks a strat. If you fiddle around you can find his tone too, but this is a combo tab
of both Josh's and Jonas' parts. Lead parts are noted line by line as they come up, but I dont have all the
lead parts figured out.
When played live they definitely mix in more chorus than on the record

listen to the record for the strumming pattern. The octaves are listed in the order they show upNOTES:
1)the power chord shapes of the verse can be played with just two strings or a 3rd to fatten up the sound when
needed. Likewise there are occsional times where the chords are played and you remove your ring and pinky
finger (if playing the bigger 3 string chord)and play just the bar like in the first verse ending
2)this is my first tab. I don't think the end to the riff part is spot on but it's close. On the live video
it sounds like Josh might play a slight different variation from what's on the album near the muted note
section the first time through. Any edits and feedback are appreciated
Enjoy
