In all honestly, the bass line is easy, mostly due to Really, really, really heavy repitition. Bass Tuning: DADG (Can use Standard EADG, the problem with standard is that you will have to play the D string alternatively, and the octave will make it sound wrong.)

You get the point. *Repeat that first measure like the song also. (Obviously at the beginning you repeat that 2-1 until you start the verse, or somewhere around there.) Note, You can also substitute that no fret touch on the D string to the 5th fret on the A sring, if it sounds more in tune.
