Play the first set of the guitar only intro riff for a count of 7 on Gm and 1 on Bb before returning to Gm immediately. Play short-form inversions (Gm = x5533x Bb = xx333x) to get the sound close to the track guitar section, but whole chords will work just as well. Keep in mind this is a chord version of the song, which doesn't cover the intricacies of the actual playing.
