Show Me was made with Stuart Hallerman during a one-day recording session and is not actually an outtake from the Badmotorfinger sessions. It was soon, as a B-side, featured on some releases of Rusty Cage in 1991. Then on the No Alternative comp in 1993. Later, on Soundgarden's own compilation, Echo Of Miles: Scattered Tracks Across The Path in 2014. The time signature is 4/4 and the tuning is standard EADGbe. There are two guitars playing variations of chords and licks for the verse/chorus/verse etc. pattern. Guitar 1 plays on the left channel. Guitar 2 on the right channel. There are two guitar solos, one on each channel. They are not played consecutively, but simulatenously. Remember, kids: Soundgarden ain't easy peasy lemon squeezy, it's stressy depressy lemon zesty! The vibrato of the licks and solos is played with the fingers of the fretting hand. The vibrato of the final chord of each chorus bar is played with a tremolo arm. If you do not have one, you may just play it with the fretting hand, as well. You could instead also press down on the strings behind the nut. Or behind the bridge, should yours have that extra string spacing running there. Another option is to lightly depress or even hit the bridge itself.
