I know it looks confusing, but this is the whole song, repeated over and over.
The change between the Dm7 and Dm6 has several names (Asus2/D, E7sus4),
all of which were too long to fit comfortably in the space.
That is also the only part of this song I'm not sure about, as the change
there is very subtle. But it sounds right when played against it.
