When playing the main pattern for intro and first part of verses,
the Gm to Gm7 to Gm can be played using an odd fingering:
Gm Gm7 A|--1-(i)-|--1-(i)--| E|--3-(p)-|--1-(m)--| C|--2-(r)-|--2-(r)--| G|--0-----|--0------|
The middle finger remains on the first fret of the E string.
The single strum that is Gm7 simply requires the pinky finger
to lift and replace onto the third fret of that E string.
Keep the middle finger in place for the Fadd9 and F9 so that
the original finger configuration can resume for the next Gm.
