Ok, a few notes: When you do the E-Esus4, you shift back and forth with your pinky-finger and end on the Esus4. I've stretched a couple of words, so that there is room for the chords. He sings those words kind of long too. Some of the timing is a bit tricky, but once you've played a few times through, it should stick. Remember to sing the last "one I love" on a monotonic A.
