I adapted this version from the piano version played by Roger Waters during his This Is Not A Drill tour.
The song sounds better/closer to the original with a guitar tuned one full step down (DGCFAD).
In addition, I am unsure about the choice (and name) of the Gm6 chord, but IMO it sounds similar to 320030.
