Although the entire mmmhmm album is tuned down a half step, the ukulele does not need to be tuned down,
as these chords are weird and this makes it easy.
Look at the chords I provided, as the names ARE NOT what they are in standard. It's the chord of the
half-step down tuning transposed directly to standard tuning. Don't worry about understanding it.
