The recorded version from 2005's POTEMKIN CITY LIMITS is in standard tuning, but if you hear a live version,
you may notice you can't play along, because Propagandhi started tuning down a half step right after
releasing this album. This definitely a simiplified chord chart they use at least one interesting chord for
the picking pattern in the intro and interludes, notated here as just a C chord. I believe the chord in
question is either a Csus2(#11) or a C(#11 add9). Also, they move between majors and minors while playing
the A and B chords, but those changes are so quick and subtle, (virtually) nobody is going to notice. I won't
be the least bit offended if someone comes along and corrects my simplified version, but you should get by
just fine if your main purpose is to sing along and emphasize the vocals and lyrics, as is mine.
I'm but simple country folk, but I thought a nice, clean chord sheet for the novice player would be welcomed
by the interwebs.
