Tips for beginners! Pre-form your hand into a chord shape that fits the notes you'll be hitting after every 3 notes. For example: start this song by barring the 7th fret and playing the (7,7,77)- then shape your hand with your middle finger on the A string, index on the D string, and ring and pinky fingers on the G and B strings respectively.
