For the Am7** in the intro, he plays the open strings and hammers on to both D and B strings. For the F* chords he does a quick hammer on to the 2nd fret of the G string. The notes in parentheses are individual walking notes. For the (D E) he slides on the B string, for the (G A) he slides on the high E string. Where I have listed the Fmaj7 in the instrumental passage, it seems to be the only time he plays the high E string during an F chord in this song. For the Em he generally avoids the high E string, but when he does play it, he adds the pinky on fret 3.
