TABBED BY DONKEY FLY Ok , This Is The Ttab To OUR LADY PEACE's 'WHATEVER' This song is famous for it's intro, as most of it uses the intro alot , i think its important to get it RIGHT!. This is the way play it the technique used to get that unique hollow noise is Muting. To mute , gently rest your fingers on the string. Not pushing too hard , Check this picture out for some help if needed http://img223.imageshack.us/img223/3959/im0011923ar.jpg There are two ways to do this now.....you can strike the string when you mute or when you've hit the Low E open note , kind of just hammer on but REALLY gently. you must strike the strings when i comes on to the Low E Then A then Low E again.
