Verse The strumming for this bit is just straightforward 8ths of a bar, i.e pretty fast, so im gonna write the chord sequence

I think in some sections he's playing the second chord (3/3/0/0/-/-) with the octave on the D string (3/3/3/0/-/-) for flare. I'd suggest playing around with it to get the right feel. By the way the tabs are written with the fret the capo is on being zero...
