This is an optional part where I added how some of those parts are played by Chris. Maybe some of you will
prefer this way better (personally, I do) but if not, play as I tabbed everything above and you're good to go.
If you are a hardcore fan or your goal is to achieve the same tonal quality as in the recording, take a look.
This will be also helpful if you are trying to mimic Chris' bass effects on a processor. It's common that an
effect may sound good on one string but it's a complete cr*p on the other.
Anyway, I tabbed this based on the "Later... with Jools Holland (2015)" performance.

Before you go - a little side note about this part:
G|7--06-----------| Actually, the 8th on D is a 7th on D with a full bend. If it sounds confusing, D|--------8---7---| just play 7th and forget about this. Also, there's a little bend for 6th on G A|----------------| but both these changes are so subtle that I decided not to include them. 95% won't D|----------------| see or hear the difference anyway but the rest 5% know this already, I guess.
