Ok, so I was listening to the radio the other day and that ‘Death Bed Coffee’ song was on, the tik tok one? Anyway, after hearing it I couldn’t get the melody for this Modest Mouse song out of my head. Turns out the sample in the song, the coffee part, uses a similar chord progression. I worked it out on the Uke and thought I’d share the arrangement. I put a capo on the first fret and strum along with the melody rhythm. The chords just repeat the same the whole time, and each chord gets 4 beats. I like to add a C note on beats 2 and 4 for each chord, so that when you strum it should mimic the basic melody.
