I think it's correct and it sounds awesome. There's a lot of timing - so play it with the song a few times. Then it's a easy song. Have fun! If you have a 5 or 6 string bass with the high C string I recommend you to play the higher D- and G string notes on lower frets on G- and C string for more clarity and brightness.
