Had promised a Martinto a pastor in Costa Rica

Decided to give him mine and get a vintage 810

Found one in the Houston Heights, a mile from my childhood

Home it came tried to play it,

My fingers hurt, meat grinder stings a no go

Found 432 tuning, Light bottoms medium tops worked

But it was still hard, mostly played my nylon Kremona

Then one day played Dallas’s Gibson, it was good

Decided to try a 1 3/4 nut on my 1 11/16 neck

It worked easy to play but action now too high

A new bridge wave bone, action low, sounded great

Then heard high tech Macarta Bridge better, not
