The tablature is exactly the same as is for the guitar version, as it is only played on the top four strings. For chords, there are two ways to play this: 1. Use the same chords as you would on a guitar:
Ebmaj7 Gm Cm F
2. Use the chords up a fourth:

Abmaj7 Cm Fm B
This is equivalent to only playing the top four strings on a guitar.  The tab will showcase this version, if
