Such a beautiful moment to the end of Season 4 I just had to find the chords to go with it.
A pretty simple song. Each chord plays on the beat.
However the vocals and other instuments are somewhat syncopated so the chord at times changes between words.
Don't be put off by this, play along with the music video to get the hang of it.
Throughout Verse 1 it also sounds like they play a C instead of an Em at the end of some phrases.
E is the major third to C you can interchange Em and C throughout and it still sounds correct.
