Okay, so in my opinion the second tab on this site for this song is either in the wrong key or overall wrong so I decided to give it a shot, as I needed to learn this song. It's basically just 4 chords with a little messing around like D (2xx232) goes into Dsomething (2xx233)etc. The chords used in this song are called different from those names that i gave them but whatever: C (x32033) E (022033) G (320033) D (200232) (i guess it's that D/F# chord)
