Attempt to capture chords from his acoustic unreleased original YouTube video: Tune down a half-step to play along with his video. The D** in the intro indicates a quick Dadd4 to D transition using a hammer-on from 0 to 2 on the G string. He uses that same hammer-on in most places where the D chord appears. An * after a chord means a single down strum. The D** to A in the first chorus is a very quick instance of the Dadd4 to D hammer-on for "broke" immediately transitioning to the A for "heart." It looks like this D** to A transition may have been a mistake because he goes straight to A in the other 2 choruses, but I listed it here anyway.
