All things in this speed picking exercise are simply to keep going with the pattern demonstrated above.
The next part would start picking from 7th fret to 10th fret, with the same pattern above.
The further next part would start picking from 8th fret to 11th fret, with the same pattern above, etc.
Alternate picking pattern would be recommended for this speed picking exercise.
