I don't use a strumming pattern with this music so much as the picking pattern as follows.
For the first three lines I use this:

For the last line I use this:

The Exceptions are the chords above the Words "our Savior" in the second line and "sin by love" in the third line. For these words I play one down strum for each chord.
I should also mention that I use the version of C7 that has a bar as shown below.
