OFF OF "SMOKE RING FOR MY HALO" 2011 MATADOR RECORDS **TUNING** low to high F#-B-B-F#-A#-D# tune the high E down half a step to D#. tune the B down half a step to A#. tune the G down half a step to F#. tune the D down one and a half steps to B. tune the A up a whole step to B. tune the E up a whole step to F#. not sure if this tuning is correct. it sounds pretty sweet though either way as an open tuning this song is incredible, here is my attempt at tabbing what i figured out the other day.

the second guitar is in standard tuning i believe and has a CAPO on the 6th fret this part is most likely very wrong but it's just an idea of how it goes. he probably does a lot more and hammers on/pulls off a lot on the A or D on the 2nd fret to open.
