*For the [4h5-4*] and [9h10-9*], I usually play it as a singular trill.
For example, I pluck the 4, and while keeping the 4 held down, hammer on the 5,
and then pull off the 5 without plucking it. You can decide to pluck the 5 or not; it sounds fine either way.
I do this same motion with the [9h10-9*].
