The riff below is played moving from the F back to the A in the verse pattern expect at the end of the verse
where the last note is an A# to match the new chord (5th string, 1st fret).There are minor variations on this
played throughout.
The E/D, F/D, G/D are just a standard D shape slid up to the 4th, 5th, and 7th frets (respectively)
with the open D string played as well.
Tried to give some bar timings in the instrumental section as I'm sure that it moves away from standard 4/4.
