This is based on the YouTube version by Flatsound. He basically plays slightly altered variations of C all throughout, I didn't know the proper names so I used a reverse guitar chord finder but it wasn't exact so I'll tab them out for you.

To reiterate, Csus 2 is just a C with an open d string which you hammer on the 2nd fret(* is the hammer on sign). Csus 4 is the same as a C except the d string is played on the 3rd fret. Cmaj9 comes up later and it's like a C except the middle note is on the a string not d Csus2 * Csus4 x3 C
