This was recorded anywhere from 1971 to 1974 for either their first and self titled album - DR HOOK, their second - Sloppy Seconds, or their third - Belly Up!. It was never put on any of the three mentioned, so it was never released. This with a group of other non released tracks must have been found by someone at CBS then they probably heard the songs and liked them, put them on a tape and kept them because they're out there now. That group of recordings is known as Fried Face because of a conversation had by Dennis whole list at http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL8129D6326B8C0F31 and http://bigozine2.com/roio/?p=1037
