IMPORTANT PERFORMANCE NOTES: 1) The trick f/ making this song sound just like Don performs it is to make sure
keep your fretting hand movements pivot off the "D" on the "B" String at the
3rd fret. This single D note is played or emphesized 135x during the
performance
2) There is a wedding organ that enters during the first Chorus that is barely
brought out in the mix but is there and makes f/ a cool 2nd Guitar part that
I tabbed out and adds a bit of depth to the single acoustic guitar that does
all the heavy lifting
3) Guitar 1 has a standard tuning w/ a Capo clipped to the 2nd Fret
4) Guitar 2 has a Double Drop D Tuning w/ a Capo clipped to the 2nd Fret
5) Chord names are relative to Capo positions
6) The guitarist here did not use any type of Travis Picking but instead
gave us a lesson in Finger Picking. To make it even harder he did not repeat
any picking patterns in the 3 Verses or Chorus' or anywhere except the
Gsus2, D/F# and Asus4 phrasing of "On My Wedding Day" in the Chorus. I tried
to capture evry single note his fingers picked but that is nearly impossible
to actually do. I hope I came close
