Comments: The bit after the breaks involves hitting the 2nd on the D string,
open D, 3rd fret on the A, then 2nd fret on the A string.
If this can be done maintaining a C shape, all the better for the next verse.
A little tricky vocally, on the verses you need to blend into the second set of C D Bm C chords.
