My wife told me in early December 2020 that I should work this song up. She probably heard it on NPR. I was surprised, no tab, no lyrics I could find anywhere. Off of the 1998 EP "Midnight Train" with Jonny Lang. The main lick/groove reminds me a lot of "Cold Shot" by Stevie Ray Vaughn. I had trouble discerning the 3rd line of the 2nd verse.
