Not sure if this is the way it was recorded, but its relatively simple. For the F chord: pointer finger fret B string, middle finger fret G, ring finger fret A, pinkie fret D; transition to C by lifting pinkie and fret D string with middle finger. For the F's in other parts of the song I fret the low E string with my thumb. Makes for a quick low F at "hurricane" [Intro/Break]
