The main melody goes like this. This melody repeats during both verses and intro.
F#m A
A|----12-----------12---------12---------12----------12--------12---------12---------12------------| E|--------14----------14---------14---------14----------14--------14---------14---------14---------| C|--6------------6----------6----------6-----------9---------9----------9----------9---------------| G|-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| Bm D D/C# A|-----12-----------12---------12---------12----------12--------12---------12---------12------------| E|--------14-----------14---------14---------14----------14--------14---------14---------14---------| C|--11-----------11---------11---------11----------14--------14---------13---------13---------------| G|--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
Basically, those are just picked notes from this chord progression:
F#m - F#m - A - A - Bm - Bm - D - D/C#
If you cannot play the tab, just finger pick some notes from this chord progression.
This chord progression also applies to the outro (Well if we take all these things and we bury them fast...)
but you strum it instead of picking single notes :)
Used chords breakdown
F#m or you can also play this, whatever you like more (or find easier)

I suggest that you play the first versions of the chords as they might be harder to play but they definitely
sound better at least to me. Also if you play the first chords versions, the D/C# chord sounds less similar
to the F#m chord (which is good).
[Verse 1]
F#m I'm a mountain that has been moved A I'm a river that is all dried up Bm I'm an ocean nothing floats on D D/C# I'm a sky that nothing wants to fly in F#m I'm a sun that doesn't burn hot A I'm a moon that never shows it's face Bm I'm a mouth that doesn't smile D D/C# I'm a word that no one ever wants to say
[Child]
F#m I don't wanna be A Bm He wasn't finding anybody when he was on a shelf D D/C# I saw him in my dream
[Verse 2]
F#m I'm a mountain that has been moved A I'm a fugitive that has no legs to run Bm I'm a preacher with no pulpit D D/C# Spewing a sermon that goes on and on and on
[Chorus]
[X2]
F#m Well if we take all these things F#m And we bury them fast A And we pray that they turn into seeds A To roots and then grass Bm Bm It'd be all right, it's all right D D/C# It'd be easier that way F#m F#m Or if the sky opened up and started pouring rain A Like he knew it was time A To start things over again Bm Bm It'd be all right, it's all right D D/C# It'd be easier that way F#m End on F#m
