You hit the open E, then the C# note on the A string, then finger pick the higher strings
Once you get to the G#m chord, you can start strumming the chords regularly
According the the one tab I found, there are some 7 chord variations of the C#m and F# throughout the song.
Seems to sound good either way you spin it.
