NOTE: This is not the tuning the band uses; I could tell after seeing them play it live, watching where Ian
was playing notes on the neck (live YouTube vids confirmed this afterwards too). It is likely a baritone
guitar tuned down to open Ab, or something along those lines. However, unless you have super thick strings
or a baritone, that’s kind of a pain, so this is a version that will let you play it without having spaghetti
for strings.
I can’t play slide worth a damn sadly, so I just improvise the solo. Lastly, if you want something similar
tone wise, go for something that has a Bogner-ish, thick mid voicing.
