Chords

This has always been one of my favorite BNL songs. It's much different than anything else they've put out, in my opinion. Unlike any other BNL song, this one is in Eb tuning (tuned down a half step to D# G# C# F# A# D#). You MUST use this tuning, otherwise the song will sound nothing like it should. Chords used in this song are played as follows: Asus2: x02200 E: 022100 Asus2/F#: 202200 Bsus4/G#: 404400 Bsus4: x24400 C#m7: x46600
[Intro] x2
D#(e)-----------------------------------------|
A#(B)---4\5-----4--2---0----0----0----0---0---|
F#(G)-----------------------1----2----2/4-----|
C#(D)--------------------------------------2--|
G#(A)-----------------------------------------|
D#(E)-----------------------------------------|
[Verse 1]
Asus2 E Asus2 E
Oh, I - I watch it all go down

Asus2 E Asus2 E
Closed eyes - pretend no one's around

Asus2/F# Bsus4/G# Asus2 Bsus4
So I - I chose to play the clown

Asus2/F# Bsus4/G# Asus2 Bsus4
Or blow by and never make a sound
[Chorus]
E Bsus4 C#m7 Asus2
Any other guy would wanna take it outside

        E Bsus4 C#m7 Asus2 (3 strums, then PM)
But I'd never even try who wants to get their lights knocked out?

E Bsus4 C#m7 Asus2
Any other guy would wanna stir it up some,

        Asus2/F# Bsus4/G# Bsus4
But I'd rather say goodbye
[Verse 2] Turn 'round - say it to my face No sound - Everything's a race Lose ground - lost in your embrace Leave town - never leave a trace [Chorus] [Bridge]
C#m7 Asus2 E Bsus4
Hardly know what anything's for

C#m7 Asus2 E Bsus4
Just for show, I'm slamming the door

C#m7 Asus2 E Bsus4 Asus2
Even so, my heart and my head are an open book
[Instrumental]
Asus2 , E [x4]
or
Play the intro riff [x4] [Chorus x2]
    Asus2/F# Bsus4/G# Bsus4
I'd rather say goodbye
(End on E)
