I will link the same live video however, as it gives a pretty good view of Russel's fingers. get the timing and so forth though, but I'm going to try my best here. I'm sure it's not perfect and you might need to improvise a bit, but I think it's pretty close to how he plays it. Again, though, it could be a different tuning, but these are the fingerings from what I can tell. He uses some looping effects or something and vibrato to get that sound in the intro.
