My best guess at Swim by Ani DiFranco from the album Educated Guess. I've referenced
completely accurate. Ani definitely adds a lot of flair to it as only Ani can - slides, hammer-ons,
bending and so on.
She plays it in standard C live, but put a capo on the 1st fret (or tune a half tone up) to get the
album version.
