***Finger Picking: he uses 3 fingers (thumb, index, middle), but I use 4 (the thumb, index, middle, and ring) because I can't always tell which strings he is plucking with his index and middle - using 4 fingers covers all of the possibilities and gives it a full sound. ***Percussive slaps: He does like this double percussive tap on the guitar for when he is slapping/muting. No idea if its from the amp or if he is doing something to mix it, but below its just one tap. ***Rhythm: There is lots of syncopation that is counted in 4/4 above the tabs. Try a tempo of around 150 BPM to get the syncopation like he does. V is used to mark the first beat of every 4 [Intro/Verse 1]
