When playing the Intro/Verse (Main riff) pattern the timing of the chord changes are 1 & 2 & 3 & 4 &

Really you can play nearly all the song just using one finger on the 2nd fret.
I have broken the instrumental part of the Intro into bars so you can see the chords played in each bar and how they relate to the strumming patterns. This riff is played throughout the song but for the remainder of the song, which is not broken into bars, I have just shown when chord changes occur so the E5 is not repeated.
